Payments

The organizers are not responsible for transaction failures due to technical or banking issues.

Liability

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the conference.

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, speakers, or venue if required. Any updates will be communicated through official channels.

Payment Terms & Conditions – MPASICON 2027

The organizing committee is not responsible for transaction failures due to network issues, bank delays, or payment gateway errors.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – MPASICON 2027

Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refund will be provided in case of non-attendance at the conference.
Workshop or add-on session fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
If the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

All refund decisions will be at the discretion of the MPASICON 2027 organizing committee.
